Enhancements

-Progress bar added to HUD.

    Indicator will be the inverse of battery life for battery runs.

    Performance run indicator will be based on iterations and total number of scripts to execute.

    Benchmark version number will be displayed 

-On screen pause counter modified to update every minute, instead of every second

-Added log message to indicate if harness was launched from command line or from GUI
