Due to a limitation of the MobileMark 2007 system description library, 4+ GB memory DIMMs may be incorrectly reported as 2GB memory DIMMs in the FDR. Customers may use the 'Additional information' section of the FDR to document the correct configuration.

MobileMark tests fail when other programs/utilities are running

If any programs are left running when starting a test, MobileMark may fail to run successfully. Also, programs that run automatically when Windows starts up, such as tutorials, training videos or non-essential utilities, can cause test failures if left running.

Workaround: Close any open applications or utilities before starting a test. You may wish to prevent any programs from running when Windows starts up by uninstalling any such programs.

MobileMark tests do not run correctly after a test failure

Solution: If a failure occurs during testing, reboot the system and allow MobileMark to analyze the test results and report the test failure. Only after rebooting should you start another test.

MobileMark displays Error Code 1 'PR_Excel_2B_LaunchInvMacro.exe'

Microsoft Excel may fail with the following message 'PR_Excel_2B_LaunchInvMacro.exe' finished, with error code 1 due to a conflict with BlueTooth drivers on some systems. Please be sure that BlueTooth drivers are uninstalled prior to executing MobileMark 2007 tests.
