Test Results
Testing is finished when the battery is depleted and the system shuts down. When you power up the computer after testing, MobileMark 2007 will automatically run at startup and analyze the results of the test. The Results Browser can also be run at any time from the Start Menu to view past results: Start > All Programs > BAPCo > MobileMark Results Browser
The test results are recorded in the project folder (<Program Files>\BAPCo\MobileMark 2007\bin\results\<ProjectName>) and automatically displayed in the Results Browser upon startup.
If you wish to publish or advertise your test results, you must first send a Full Disclosure Report to BAPCo, as directed here.
If the test ran successfully, the Results Browser will show the test scores. If MobileMark indicates that the test failed, see Technical Support for suggestions to resolve the problem.
Viewing Test Results

The drop-down box at the top of the window shows the name of the project for which results are being displayed. This project name is the name entered by the user during test setup, with a date/time stamp added. If you wish to view results for another previously run test, choose the corresponding project name from this drop-down box.
If the test was successful, scores will be displayed, along with other test details. If the test was unsuccessful, the results will show the reason for the test failure. No scores are displayed in the event of a test failure.
Besides test scores, you may also see these other test details:Finally, the Save FDR button is used to generate Full Disclosure Reports. Test results cannot be advertised or published without generating a report and submitting to BAPCo. The button is disabled if a test ran unsuccessfully.
- Battery Status at Beginning of Test
The % remaining battery life reported by the system when the test began. Generally, if the system battery is in good condition and you started the test without ignoring any warnings, this should be 100%. Some system batteries drop instantaneously from 100% to 99% the moment they're unplugged. On such systems, this number may be reported as 99%.
If this number is lower than 99%, consider re-running the test with a fresh battery. If the results are similar with a fresh battery, the discrepancy is likely a harmless artifact of the battery design.
- Battery Status at the End of Test
The % remaining battery life reported by the system just before the test ended. Generally, if the system battery is in good condition and the test ran successfully, this should be 0% or 1%.
If this number is higher than 3%, consider re-running the test with a fresh battery. If the results are similar with a fresh battery, the discrepancy is likely a harmless artifact of the battery design.
