Running SYSmark 2004 SE Benchmarks

SYSmark 2004 SE benchmarks (Application Workloads) are executed by choosing the Run menu or by clicking on the Run command icon of the Workload Manager. Both methods present the user with three ways to run SYSmark 2004 SE benchmarks:

Trial Benchmark Runs

From the Run icon, click Trial Run.

This runs the complete suite of scenarios once, then lets a Windows XP system optimize its file organization. A Trial Run does not generate a score.

Customized Benchmark Runs

From the Run menu, click Run Customize.
From the Run icon click on Run Customize.

This presents the user with the possibility to select which Application Workload(s) will run, and in which order. A Customized Run will generate scenario scores, but will not generate an official score.

Official Benchmark Runs

From the Run menu, click Official Run
From the Run icon click on Official Run.

This will run the complete suite of scenarios. The user can choose 1 to 3 iterations. An Official Run will provide an official score as well as scenario scores.
