SYSmark 2007 Preview is made up of 4 scenarios consisting of the following applications:

    Scenario Rating

    The scenario rating (for each of the 4 scenarios) is obtained as follows. Add the individual response times of all operations used in the scenario then compare that to the respective scenario on the calibration system and obtain a scenario rating. The scenario rating is rounded to the nearest integer.

    SYSmark 2007 Preview Overall Rating

    The SYSmark 2007 Preview overall rating is calculated by taking the geometric mean of the four scenario ratings. The SYSmark 2007 Preview rating is rounded to the nearest integer. Here is an example of an official report showing the calculated ratings.

    Official Run with multiple iterations

    An official run of SYSmark 2007 Preview allows up to three iterations of the benchmark.
