Software Compatibility Notes

Because of the complex nature of benchmarks like SYSmark that install multiple applications, there are some important software compatibility issues of which you need to be aware.

Applications in SYSmark 2007 Preview

Upon installation, SYSmark 2007 Preview will install customized versions of 14 applications on your system. If you have previous or current versions of these applications already installed, they will conflict and possibly corrupt your applications, your benchmark scores, or your entire operating system. For this reason, we require that you DO NOT have these applications installed prior to SYSmark 2007 Preview installation. SYSmark 2007 Preview will warn you about the presence of these applications during the installation process

• Microsoft® Project 2003
• Microsoft® Windows Media™ Encoder 9 series
• Sony® Vegas 7
• SketchUp 5
• WinZip® 10.0

Previous SYSmark Versions

SYSmark 2007 Preview is not compatable with earlier versions of SYSmark or MobileMark. Please uninstall all previous versions of SYSmark and MobileMark before installing SYSmark 2007 Preview.
