Error Reporting
If you have problems with SYSmark 2007 Preview or any other BAPCo products, please read this documentation and check the known issues. If your problems are not addressed there, check www.bapco.com for other known issues and solutions that have been found.If none of these resources solve your problem, please contact BAPCo as per the guidelines given below:
When an error occurs in SYSmark 2007 Preview, an error report is automatically generated and saved on your computer at ../ProgramFiles/BAPCo/Sysmark 2007 Preview/bin/Errors/ in a folder with the project name.
When reporting a problem running SYSmark 2007 Preview to BAPCo, please email support@bapco.com with a compressed copy of the error report and a detailed description of the error.
