Error Reporting
If you have problems with WebMark 2004 or any other BAPCo products, please read this documentation and check the known issues. If your problems are not addressed here, check www.bapco.com for other known issues and solutions that have been found.If none of these resources solve your problem, please contact BAPCo as per the guidelines given below.
When reporting a problem running WebMark 2004 to BAPCo, please use SERGT (WebMark Error Report Generation Tool) - a one-click error reporting mechanism. All the information required to provide timely technical support is captured by SERGT and placed in a folder named WMERROR on your desktop. Compress this folder and send it to support@bapco.com . Ideally when you get an error, please retry the benchmark.A shortcut to the SERGT is created in the Quick Launch toolbar by the WebMark installer. If the Quick Launch toolbar is not displayed in your taskbar, you can set it to be displayed by right clicking anywhere on the Taskbar and by checking Quick Launch from the Toolbars list.
